My wife Darlene and I have lived in the Annapolis Royal area since 1982 where our children Krista and Marianne have grown up.

I received my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from St. Francis Xavier University (Antigonish) and further studies for Masters of Education  from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (University of Toronto).

I have taught school at different levels for the Annapolis Valley Regional School Board and during that time have met and worked with a large number of people in the area through a variety of associations. Since then, I have retired from teaching and am enjoying a career as a Realtor.

Being organized in Real Estate is critical in order to do the best job possible for a client. As such, it becomes part of my role to ensure that all aspects of the Buying and Selling process is completed.

I make sure that all conditions for a Sale are completed on time and that everyone is doing their job for you from lawyer, home inspection, water test, insurance, etc.

When it comes to negotiating  for you, I will do my best through experience, dedication, and hard work to make the process easier for you.
